Jon R. Blair, Senior Advisor / Trainer

Jon is acknowledged as a leading authority on the management of dental practices.

Jon founded JBA over 28 years ago and has trained and advised hundreds of dentists and staff throughout the U.S. and Canada. He lectures at various dental schools and study clubs.

Kelly Blair

Kelly J. Blair, Trainer / Implementation Coach

Kelly joined Jon Blair Associates, LLC in spring of 2016. A graduate of the Boler School of Business at John Carroll University, Kelly specializes in front desk systems, team development, and Doctor leadership training.

Kelly’s interests include coaching youth basketball and golf.

Kyle Blair

Kyle J. Blair, Trainer / Recruitment

Kyle joined Jon Blair Associates, LLC in 2018. Kyle received his business management degree from the Boler School of Business at John Carroll University. He is involved in all areas of the company and specializes in Doctor Placement Services and Practice Brokerage Services.

In his free time, Kyle enjoys golfing with his family and friends and snowboarding in the mountains.
